BUIO is a NEW extra virgin olive oil which embraces both innovation and tradition with excellent organoleptic and nutritional values with acidity level of less than 0,35%.


“delightfully refined and complex pungency” as defined by the American writer Tom Mueller (literary contributor to the New Yorker, National Geographic and New York Times Magazine amongst others) in his review on great olive oils Worldwide.

 

            The first distinguishing feature of BUIO is that we are able to conserve the original qualities thanks to a unique production and storage process which takes place in complete absence of oxygen, thus guaranteeing an almost perfect CONSERVATION.

            The second distinguishing feature is the PACKAGING, the dark, anti-UV shielded glass bottle evokes the original intentions of BUIO’s creators: protection from light. Furthermore the design is modern and minimalist which conveys a sense of mystery around this most precious of oils.

The silver foil print contrasts with the quintessentially elegant black backdrop, conveying a perfect fusion between product and packaging.
